Refund Policy

What you're paying for.
LicenceMyGun is a tool that prepares your firearm licence documents. You pay R299 once per application. The price covers the preparation of your documents. It does not cover the outcome of your application.
No refunds based on SAPS decisions.
We can't control what the South African Police Service decides, or how long it takes. We don't give refunds because an application is delayed, queried, or declined. We also don't give refunds because you changed your mind after your documents were prepared.
When we will refund you.
We will refund you in full if:
- You were charged, but your documents could not be prepared or downloaded because of a fault on our side that we couldn't fix. Or,
- You were charged more than once for the same application.
How to ask.
Email info@licencemygun.co.za with the email address you used and the date of payment. We'll reply within 3 working days. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method within 10 working days.
Your legal rights.
Nothing in this policy limits any rights you have under South African law, including the Consumer Protection Act.
